A commercially astute and highly successful capability, OD and learning specialist, Gil Sewell has a proven background leading global and local programmes and initiatives that maximise business performance, improve engagement and positively impact on bottom line results. She has extensive experience developing cultures of high productivity, collaboration and capability by creating strong stakeholder relationships across business, gaining buy-in from stakeholders at all levels, and inspiring team members and front line staff with strategic vision.

Gil has over 10 years in senior OD roles in New Zealand, coupled with more than 10 years leading a coaching and facilitation business in the UK. She is currently HR Director – Organisational Development at Auckland District Health Board, leading a greenfield remit to build a contemporary OD function.
