Jennifer Mahony’s professional career has been devoted to resolution of workplace conflict. Whether acting for a party, as a mediator, or as a coach, she practices as a restorative approach to repairing employment relationships. She has 10 years of employment litigation and counselling experience; 15 years of mediation experience; and 7 years of adjudication experience. She also designs dispute resolution and complaints handling processes for internal and external use. Jennifer is currently a Senior Resolution Practitioner at FairWay Resolution, and is the Scheme Director for Fairway’s Workplace Conflict service.
