Kim joined Southern Cross in 2013 as National Sales Manager – Key Accounts in this role she has been responsible for:
- a team of Key Account Managers looking after large corporate clients – adding value to the relationship by utilising business plans and advanced management reporting
- client wellness initiatives – creating healthier and happier New Zealand workplaces which improve retention and increase engagement
- account retention – building strong business partnership we hold with our high value corporate clients.
In May Kim moved into the new role of Programme Manager – Corporate Wellbeing. She is responsible for the implementing Southern Cross’ new BeingWell program into our corporate accounts. This move from health insurance to health assurance will allow us to add extra value to the relationships with hold with New Zealand businesses.
Kim has worked in a key account management roles with large corporate clients over the last 25 years. Prior to joining Southern Cross Kim worked in the corporate travel and hospitality sectors.
