Gillian Brookes is a social entrepreneur and HR professional with over 15 years’ experience in the UK and New Zealand. Before becoming a consultant she held a number of HR leadership roles in the New Zealand public service, including Principal Advisor, HR Head of Profession at the State Services Commission 2017-18. She founded My Kids Village, a social enterprise, in September 2016 which helps working parents find local childcare.
