Transform your own Wellbeing | The Kindness Institute
Topic: Transform your own Wellbeing
Kristina will share practical strategies on how each of us can manage stress and transform our own wellbeing. She will share her personal story about her work with marginalised communities facing stress and trauma in New Zealand and around the world. And her journey from working in developing countries with abandoned children – to supporting executives to improve their own wellbeing.
She will talk about her personal experience with anxiety and stress management (or lack of) in the workplace, and how she uses mindfulness to overcome personal challenges. Kristina will support the audience to learn how to minimise self-judgement and to develop self-compassion.
She will share with us how anyone can develop the ability to be mindful, even on the busiest of days. As an ex mindfulness cynic, Kristina will take the audience through a mindfulness meditation – her style of teaching mindfulness is highly accessible and relaxed.
She will inspire audience members to take simple steps to improve their own well-being.
