The future of work is about to change radically, and we can no longer be Human Resources. We need to be Human Radicals, who lead the way into the murky spaces where we have dispersed workforces who are no longer traditional employees. We need to engage them as humans.
The organisations I run believe that jobs bring dignity and income for families, which leads to healthy communities. The future of work puts all that at risk and its time for HR to lead the way into the future of work, not by trying to stop the future, but by being the voice for the Human’s we engage regardless of their employment status.

He is the co-founder & chief coworker of coHired (a hiring platform that matches people to jobs they love), founder/MD of Agoge (a creative Human Resource company that genuinely cares about its people), and co-founder of Good Trust (who provides clean water to third world countries).
