Topic: Put the Inclusion in “Diversity and Inclusion”, Cultural Authenticity vs Cultural Awareness
Companies are aware of the great benefits of having diversity of thought around the decision making table. The intention to increase the diversity of the leadership and management is genuine but still not hitting the mark. That is why we push organisations and their people to be culturally authentic vs culturally aware.
In this presentation Michael Moka will go over 3 simple steps that you as an HR professional can implement to provide an environment that allows your people to bring their whole cultural self to work.
