Rachael has worked in the immigration field internationally, advising both multi-national corporate clients and smaller local employers across a wide range of industry sectors in managing their global and local migrant workforces.

Rachael’s clients include many of New Zealand’s largest and most well-known employers whom she assists at the strategic level with issues such as developing immigration and recruitment policies and processes and in ensuring compliance.   Her expertise lies in supporting employers with finding practical solutions to their immigration requirements and in enabling them to “make the system work” for their businesses and their employees.

Rachael regularly presents to HR and other professionals, including the HRINZ Special Interest Group, regarding key immigration policy changes and issues related to recruiting and maintaining an immigration-compliant workforce.
