Presenter Details

Mathew Gallivan

Mathew joined Hilti New Zealand in 2020 as Head of Human Resources and works with a team of 100+ employees across the North and South Island. Prior to this he worked as the National HR Manager of Southbase Construction, a Tier 2 main contractor that topped the Deloitte's Master of Growth index for 2018. In his earlier career he spent 8 years at Airbus Defence & Space, joining their graduate program in Wales but spending the majority of his tenure in Saudi Arabia involved in the delivery land and maritime border security solutions.
